- Once the payment has been made for a program under no circumstances will it be refunded or transferred.
- If you wish to cancel for any reason post payment of the program or are unhappy with the services no partial or full payment will be refunded.
- We maintain global standards while conducting therapy. However, if you are not happy with the services post the completion of the program, you may re-opt the program by paying for the same again and we will consider changing your previous psychologist.
- The client has a two-month deadline to finish each program. The time validity starts from the date of initiation of the first session. The client needs to avail of a minimum of one session each week. The number of sessions each week may increase depending on the severity of the problem. This will be mutually decided between the client and the psychologist.
- Post the completion of the deadline, the remaining sessions, if any, will be counted as availed by the client. No partial or complete refund will be provided for the remaining sessions.
- The sessions have a strict expiry time. The client needs to avail of the sessions in the stipulated timeline only. We can consider some requests in case of any unforeseen or uncertain reason and situation. Thinking Owl holds the final authority to decide on the matter. Once the sessions are expired the client cannot claim a refund for the sessions, not avail. These sessions will be considered as availed and completed.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation of sessions can be done with prior notice of 48 hours. This cancellation needs to be done through message or call.
- Any cancellations done without notice of 48 hours will be counted as availed.
- A full fee for the session will be considered in case of absence, late arrivals, or inability to avail due to any reason on the client’s part.
- Thinking Owl team has the right to reschedule an appointment in case of emergencies or special circumstances.
